YOUR DAY AS A TAKE AWAY MANAGER 

• making sure all food is of the best quality, we only work with high quality ingredients, and it is your job to notice the details.
• constant communication with the kitchen and other colleagues.
• keeping the environment around you clean and safe.
• updating MEP lists and following them.
• keeping track of the stock and informing the right colleagues if anything is missing.
• working mainly in the Take Away kitchen, taking part in kitchen prep tasks.
• preparing dishes following our recipes.
• You are in charge of your own team:
  • Training, feedback, quality check
• being part of creating a safe and pleasant environment for the team, we spend a lot of time together!
